A: Thread count isn’t the best measure for bamboo or linen — our fabrics are designed for softness, breathability, and durability, not inflated numbers.
Q: What sizes are your bedding products?
A: Each product page lists exact dimensions for U.S. standard sizes.
Q: Will my TOSMO sheets pill or my comforter get lumpy?
A: With proper care, our linen and bamboo fabrics resist pilling. Bamboo comforters stay fluffy if you use a duvet cover and avoid machine washing.
Q: Will my TOSMO bedding shrink after washing?
A: Our fabrics are pre-washed or pre-shrunk where needed, so with proper care they’ll keep their size and fit beautifully.

A: Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low or hang dry to keep it soft and smooth. Wash with mesh bag is strongly recommended.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes — unused, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. The only time this policy doesn’t apply is when you’re returning an item as part of our 30-Night Sleep Trial.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s on the way.
Q: Can you change the shipping address for my order?
A: Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Just contact our customer care team with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll make sure your TOSMO package heads to the right door.
